Refund Policy for Mariah Baladi

At Mariah Baladi, we strive to provide high-quality dance education and a satisfying experience for all our students. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Group Classes:

  1. Full Refunds:
    • A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the start of the session.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session starts but before the second class will receive a 50% refund.
  3. No Refunds:
    • No refunds will be issued after the second class of the session has taken place.

Workshops and Special Events:

  1. Full Refunds:
    • Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event but more than 3 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
  3. No Refunds:
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event.

Private Lessons:

  1. Rescheduling:
    • Private lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson will incur a 50% fee of the lesson cost.
  2. Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson.

Online Classes:

  1. Full Refunds:
    • Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the start of the session.
  2. No Refunds:
    • No refunds will be issued once the session has started.

General Policies:

  • Class Cancellations by School:
    • If [Belly Dance School Name] cancels a class or workshop, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class or workshop of equal value.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation request approval.
  • Special Circumstances:
    • In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the school management. A written request and supporting documentation will be required.
